Shipping Policy

Shipping and Processing Times.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If there are any delays or extended processing times, please check our site for updates, and check the email associated with your order for any additional updates regarding your order.

Some products are listed as PRE-SALE or PRE-ORDER. We will always be as transparent as possible with this information to eliminate any confusion over when your item will ship. Please carefully read the item description before purchasing. Pre-sale or pre-order information will always be clearly outlined there. 

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Understand that we are a (small) team of humans, and processing times may vary-- especially amid a pandemic. As 2020 continues to bring unforeseen shipping delays, and zone restrictions changing from week to week, we are determined to get your order shipped, as long as it's safe and possible for us to do so. If you are concerned about processing times, or have not yet received shipping confirmation on an order you have placed, please contact us directly at merch@thecapitoltheatre.com, and we will happily assist you!

Certain items that are sold on The Capitol Theatre store are shipped by our partner stores. Shipping time frames, transit durations and packaging may vary. 

Returns.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 149 Westchester Ave Merch Return Order # (your order #) , Port Chester New York US 10573 
Please put your order # in the attention line.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Rates Within The United States.
All merchandise weighing up to 13 oz will have both the USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail option at checkout. Any items over 13 oz, including posters, will only have the USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express option at checkout. Media such as books will ship USPS Media Mail. If you are an international customer, you may only have the option to ship via DHL, shipping rates depend on item and destination. Calculated shipping rates will be displayed on the checkout page based on your zip code.

We are not currently offering a Curbside Pickup option due to pandemic restrictions in Westchester County, NY. We hope to resume this pickup option in the Spring. 

International Shipping.
The Capitol Theatre ships domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times may vary based on the destination.

The USPS site estimates, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic deliveries. International shipping is longer.

How Can I Track My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at merch@thecapitoltheatre.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
